Lucas is 5 months old!

My little boy is five months now! He looks more and more like a little boy rather than a baby nowadays...I am sad and happy at the same time! I wish he could stay little for a little bit longer :(

Here he is in his new high chair...not using it till he can sit up by himself. It's such a cool chair!

Cheeky boy!

This is not a very attractive photo of mum and baby! ahhah I just want to show you my hair is receding! arrghh! I must stop pulling my hair back into a pony...or maybe it's just stress. It's so depressing seeing all my hair fall out!

Boon Flair High Chair

I finally did it! I bought the Boon Flair high chair even though it cost me an arm and leg! Got mine from Ebay and can't wait to get it! My husband isn't very happy that I spent so much on a high chair when you can get a perfectly practical one from Ikea. But I like the look of it and I'm sure Lucas will love it too:) Looks like a spaceship chair!

I chose mine in Blue to match my apartment decor. But I do love the hot pink! Would definitely choose that one without a doubt if I had a baby girl:)

My Two Boys

Lucas loves munching on Daddy!

Been bugging my husband to get a haircut- it was looking like a greasy mop on his head. Finally he did and he didn't realise it at the time but he got the exact same haircut as my little man! Lucas is a trend setter already haha

What's in my Nappy Bag

My nappy bag is actually a wet bag from Pat a Cake Baby which I attach on to my pram. I got the large size and it fits all the baby neccessities.

Top left to bottom right:
  • Dettol Hand Sanitiser
  • Nappy Change Mat (Pat a Cake Baby)
  • Dummies x 2
  • Terry Cloths x 3
  • Beanie, Socks & Change of clothes
  • 3 x Nappies
  • Huggies Wipes
  • Bottles x 2 and Sachets of S26 formula.
I pre-pack these the night before if I am planning a morning outing so I don't forget anything when I rush out the door! Gives me more time to put on makeup and get myself decent before I see the outside world with the baby:)

Wet Bags by Pat a Cake Baby

Here is my little poser- wearing his coverall by Bebe. Now on sale at David Jones!

I recently purchased Wet Bags by Pat a Cake Baby on etsy.com

These wet bags come in small or large and are so handy for day trips! They clip onto your pram and away we go. Great for storing wet/dirty clothes or baby things:) Comes in so many patterns it's hard to choose! I bought a large in the Disco Dot and a small in Juicy Jungle. So adorable!

I also purchased this wrap for Lucas but he manages to get out of it somehow! Otherwise it's a snuggly wrap for winter!

My shopping didn't stop there! I got the Diaper Diddie which has a special built in plush minky to make baby more comfy during changes:)

I put this on top of my pram liner and Lucas loves to sleep on it!

Lucas 4 Months Old!

My little boy isn't so little anymore. I don't seem to realise until a certain moment when I carry him and notice that my wrists and arms are hurting after one minute! It's quite a workout carrying him without my Baby Bjorn. He looks so cute now when he smiles- which is a lot! Just can't seem to capture them on camera. He just stops smiling the instant it zooms in on his face.

Manages to quickly snap this photo of him laughing. He only laughs (actually its more of a cackle) at his Dad which is so totally unfair!

We bought him a new play gym by Baby Einstien- a sea theme. I think the musical toy doesn't interest him much. He still prefers his Captain Calamari (by Lamaze). He chews on the rings and the ball. He chews everything these days! I reckon he is teething even though people tell me it's too early.

Aunty Sharon bought him this onesie all the way from Hawaii- which he just fits!

Oh no, don't think he likes it :(

Aunty Sharon is due to have a baby boy in October! Yay!!
Two baby boys will be a handful!

Best Baby Bath Towel

Winter is here and taking baths with baby is getting a bit chilly. I have a little rubber ducky that measures the temperature of the water (Lucas likes it quite warm) so makes my life easier!

Want to share with you my favourite bath towels!

Aden & Anais Hooded Bath Towel was my first purchase and it was very practical and such a big size so it covers his whole body. However I'm a sucker for all things with cute patterns so I really love the Bath Towel by Dwell Studio (below). It comes in many patterns, the one I have is the Owls Sky design. The inside lining is a fluffy terry cloth material and the outside is a cotton material. It is very luxurious and hence the big price tag of $79.95 from The Hip Infant. It is perfect for winter and keeps my baby warm and snug while I dry and change him. I highly recommend it!

Sweet dreams baby! haha I really wonder what babies dream about?
